This is an internal software-use template. Rental-customer obligations should remain in the separate Rental Agreement generated per booking.
Authorized use
The CRM is intended for Uprentals owners and authorized staff to manage rental operations. Accounts and access credentials should not be shared with unauthorized persons.
Data accuracy
Users are responsible for checking booking dates, renter details, rates, payment records, deposits, unit condition, and agreements before relying on the system.
Backups
Operators should keep regular cloud or exported backups and periodically verify that restoration works. Local browser storage alone should not be treated as the only production backup.
Security
Production deployment should use HTTPS, Supabase Auth, the included row-level-security and storage policies, secure devices, and least-privilege staff access.
Availability
Offline operation and cached app files may help during short connectivity outages, but cloud synchronization and secure file viewing require an internet connection.
Rental agreements
These CRM terms do not replace the renter-facing rental agreement, deposit rules, equipment condition documentation, or any legal requirements applicable to the business.
