BUSINESS RULES

CRM settings

Document compliance noteFormal contracts use the legal name Uprentals. Payment receipts generated by this CRM are acknowledgment/supplementary documents. Only enter TIN, ATP and invoice-series details that are actually registered to your business.
Customer booking requirements
These rules are published to the customer booking page and Rental Requirements page. Disable a document only if you intentionally want to accept bookings without it.
Availability rulesConfirmed / released bookings always block availability. When pickup and return times are known, the turnaround buffer allows safe same-day re-rentals without overlapping handover time.
Payment recording
Manual · cash basisIncome is recorded only when payment is actually received. No PayMongo or online checkout is required.
These choices are internal record labels only. Customers will not see an online payment gateway on the booking form.
Production access & privacy
Only Primary ID, Secondary ID, Proof of Billing and Selfie with ID files are eligible. Agreements, booking records, payments and audit history are retained.
On a deployed HTTPS site, cloud authentication is the primary dashboard gate. Local PIN remains optional as a second lock on a trusted device.
Release gate requirementsRelease requirements block equipment handover. Return-photo rules protect the final inspection and closeout record.
